Prana means "Life Force" or "Vital Force" in Sanskrit. Prana Vitality & Wellness is a naturopathic medical clinic in Payson, AZ. We believe that the patient has the power to be the force in their own life. With the proper guidance, they have means to make the necessary changes and feel the benefits of that change.
